Wow, I am truly sad to hear this. I too have graduated from Peniel. Dr. Spelman was a loving and caring woman of God. Dr. Spelman will be truly missed. My condolences go out to the whole entire family, the penial family and friends. We are also praying for Bishop
Spelman. We love ya’ll.
